Description and scope
We clear flats and houses fully or partly: after a move, or before a sale, letting or renovation. You choose what goes; we confirm the work and collection availability from photos and the address before booking.

These rates cover bagging, taking bags downstairs and carrying waste by volume. Sorting items, carrying bulky furniture, loading and removal are agreed separately.

How to prepare
Walk through the home and photograph each room, plus open wardrobes and overhead cupboards. Mark the furniture that stays and give the floor, lift and distance from the entrance to the vehicle.
You decide in advance what to keep and what to remove. Take documents, money and personal valuables out of items for collection. Waste types and collection availability are agreed before booking.

The “Waste carrying” table covers only bagging and taking bags downstairs; the second shows vehicle dispatch. Sorting items, carrying furniture, loading and removal are agreed after your enquiry.
How booking works
