We clear offices and commercial premises during a move, closure or refit. The timing is agreed around the building’s rules, and we confirm the work from photos before booking.

List the furniture and equipment and mark what stays. Share the building’s access rules, loading hours, whether there is a service lift and the facility manager’s contact.
Remove documents containing personal or commercial information in advance. We agree the item list and collection availability before booking.

The “Waste carrying” table covers only bagging and taking bags downstairs; the second shows vehicle dispatch. Sorting items, carrying furniture, loading and removal are agreed after your enquiry.
