Send roof and access route photos, with area, material, height and structural condition. Identify elements to keep and how the roof can be accessed.
- The base rate covers only the named task and the agreed quantity.
- Removing adjoining coverings or framing, disconnecting services and preserving parts are agreed separately where required.
- Bagging, carrying and waste collection are not automatically included; they are added by agreement.
