Removal of baths, shower cabins, toilets and sinks.
Share fixture types and dimensions, fixing methods and access. Disconnection from water and other utilities is agreed before dismantling starts.
- The base rate covers only the named task and the agreed quantity.
- Removing adjoining coverings or framing, disconnecting services and preserving parts are agreed separately where required.
- Bagging, carrying and waste collection are not automatically included; they are added by agreement.

Waste bagging and carrying are charged according to the separate “Waste carrying” table. Stair carrying is charged per bag and each floor descended. Vehicle dispatch is listed separately; carrying bulky items is assessed by dimensions and access.
